Eden 144 was aggregated and developed by Thea Estates and One Wolf, in partnership with Shriram Properties — a developer with a 40-year legacy, more than 22,000 families and 29 completed projects. It is registered under Karnataka RERA as PRM/KA/RERA/1250/303/PR/190722/002715.
The result
All 303 plots are sold, and the community is fully developed. For buyers weighing Devanahalli as an investment, it’s a useful data point: well-located, well-planned land with clean paperwork moves.
